That is the 'correct' link, and it was 'okay' just yesterday (Wednesday)...
Bummer - that's my favorite Sierra snow link! Love to compare various years...
Hopefully it will soon be corrected and it's not due to CA budget cuts... ;-)

You can still see the current year (2013) vs. last year (2012), the max (1983),
& the min (1977) at:
