[pct-l] Alcohol fuels toxic??

I went out on the CDT twice last year and both trips I started throwing up
 on the second day. I couldn't eat or drink(I would sip) and then I would
get
 the dry heaves. I would get better in town and would go out again and get
 the same thing. After a few days I went home. I used denatured alcohol in
my
 stove on the AT and PCT but switched to Heet last year. All my gear, food
 and water treatment is the same, all but the Heet. Makes me wonder.
