[pct-l] Forest Service rejects efforts to rescind or restrict ban on mountain bikes on PCT!

There's no comparison between horses and mountain bikes on the trail. They
are very different in every measure.
The day I have to worry about horses coming up behind me, silently, at 35
mph (or more), is the day I oppose horses on the trail. Not before.
