[pct-l] Foot Expansion

At first, I could not  believe the expansion phenomenon. But, my feet
became large after 20 years  hiking. Now, I suspect  this phenomenon
may be observed in untrained individual. Well-trained hiker may  be
the exception.

My assumption is:
The expansion rate may be small for experienced long distance hikers,
but this rate may be large for un-experienced hikers.
