[pct-l] Early Finish Date

Totally doable if you don't spend too much time in towns.  Without rushing
in a high snow year I crossed into canada on 9-17-10 with many others all
within a day or so of each other.  We were toward the front, but there were
plenty that were several weeks earlier than that.
