My question is when a the PCT is closed by the Forest Service, is the Forest closed for other uses and travel? Other uses could be anything from travel to enjoy nature, route exploration, hunting, just camping or any other normal use. If so where could the closure limits be found? Thank You The Old RidgeRunner
