I finally successfully replaced the Mountain Biker picture on the home pages for two Yahoo groups. I had to set up new accounts as moderators so I could get to the problem picture. Then I had to access that acount via Google Crome because Internet Explorer doesn't have some of the fine new features on the versison that I am using. This allowed me to access the PCTSection group home page and replace the picture with a picture of people building trail in Southern California. I then switched to PCTSectionNW and replaced the picture there with a picture on the PCT about 20 miles south of the Canadian Boarder.

So if any of you are trying to replace the picture on the homepage of a yahoo group that you moderate, use google crome to access that home page and then find the hot spot on the righthand side of the picture and replace it with a picture that you have in your pictures.

No need to complain to anyone. It's just a (poorly chosen) default image
for all outdoor-related groups. (They did the same thing on our ADZPCTKO
organizer groups.) The moderator or owner of the group simply needs to
upload or select another image.
