The News said that they are evacuating Snow Creek this was around 1800 hrs
this evening 8-8-13   and now a fire in Wrightwood, someone has got to be
starting these??? Check InciWeb,  26 Active fires in California   Take care
all    Ground Pounder Bill

Subject: [pct-l] Silver Fire (Cabazon)

The 11,000 acre Silver Fire is burning on Cabazon Peak, about 6 miles west
of the PCT, moving east toward the trail.
It has only grown by 1000 acres since this morning and so far remains on
the south side of  Interstate 10.
This means Ziggy and Bear's Hiker House is safe for now, however they may
be in the evacuation zone.
