[pct-l] Rain Ponchos

Isnt' that the idea, to keep it over you and the pack when it rains?  At 
least that's how my Packa works?  I find that when the rain stops I can if I 
don't want to stop, simply slip my arms out and slip off the hood and keep 
going.

I ordered a backpacking rain poncho with arms from a company in Virginia. 
Google “Packa”.  I liked it a lot except when it rained I had to keep it 
over me and the pack since I didn’t bring a pack cover.
