[pct-l] Have you seen this rain jacket, poncho?

Not sure what she was using, but I use a product called Packa.  Combination 
rain parka and pack cover.  Its made by a small one-person company.  Don't 
have the details so you'll have to google it.

My husband and I were hiking North side of Mt. Jefferson in Oregon in
the rain.  We met a lady that had a blue rain jacket that covered her
pack and the arms extended to cover her hands holding her trekking
poles.  The length was mid-thigh.  I should have asked her about her
jacket.  Would appreciate info. about who makes that jacket.  The trail
