[pct-l] Glacier Peak detour in WA

The new route to the new Suiattle Bridge goes through some pretty
impressive old growth forest, and the trail is well built and well
graded. If you look hard enough near the new bridge you can find
camping spots where the work crews camped. The water may all have
rock flour in it, however.
