[pct-l] ED, "Mendo Rider".....IS NOT GONE

When I first joined the list and posted a request for a horseman to join me MendoRider emailed me numerous times and even talked with my by phone to help me plan my ride.  I just talked with him a month or so ago about it again and he gave me new hope and new ideas about how to some day take that ride.  When I do, and I will, I will take much of MendoRider's advice with me.
 
And I'll take the trail name he gave me...

ED, "Mendo Rider" IS NOT GONE!!!
No Sir,....he is not gone,....he merely moved on to happier riding
and hiking grounds,....to "Hiker & Rider Heaven in the Sky", where
the grass is greener,the air is fresher, the water is cool, needs
not be filtered or treated, and so abundant that there is no need
for caches or water reports, no bickering or flaming or complaining
about other hikers, no dirt bikers to spook horses, where hikers
are like brothers...yes,...much happier hiking & riding grounds.

No Sir,....HE IS NOT GONE.....he simply moved on to happier hiking
and riding grounds.

CAN  YOU  HEAR  US  UP  THERE  ED???

HE CAN HEAR US!!!....He says he is with friends in "Hiker & Rider
Heaven in the Sky",...where hikers & riders from all over the world
gather for the "Big Round-up in the sky" to hike & ride the endless
trails in the sky.

Keep on hiking & riding ED..and think about us once in a while until
we join you at the "Big Round-up in the Sky",  where once again we will
hike & ride the trails together, like brothers, in the happy hiking
and riding grounds in the sky.
