[pct-l] Glacier Peak detour in WA

The PCT has been rebuilt near the Suiattle River. The new bridge is about
3 miles downstream from the original crossing. So, yes, you stay on THE
PCT, but you'll add about 6 miles.. Don't use the detour. See Halfmile's
2013 maps for current trail location.
