[pct-l] Bear Canister "Found" @ mile 10

While hiking from the boarder this morning, I came up to a dirt road crossing the trail with a Boarder Patrol Officer putting it into his truck. I was able to get it from the officer after explaining what it was and brought it home with me.
I you are the owner of the can, or if you know the owner, please let them know I am very happy and wanting to get it back to them.  I am willing to mail it back home for them, or mail it up the trail for them to pick up at KM if they like.
