[pct-l] Independence Parade 2013 Theme

That has been the motto of the Imperial Irrigation District (think desert-Imperial County, CA) for years.

Incidentally, the Town of Mammoth Lakes has a very big Independence Day parade and other activities the weekend immediately thereafter.   (For that matter, most every weekend throughout the summer there is a music or arts/craft festival.)

"Food grows where water flows" is the slogan of big ag. They want the water 
flowing into reservoirs and then into their fields. They care little for any 
other use.
