While I loved my time on the AT and PCT, it is the CDT I'd want to have
another journey on again.
There are so many routes, choices and options. Another journey would be very
different from my first one. And it is the Rockies
that draw me in.
I would do it over the course of two seasons. This would minimize route
choices being affected by snow and wildfire concerns.
Having said that, I'd love to re-visit some places seen on the AT and PCT:
Maine in the Autumn, the High Sierra and the Cacades.
The SHR is on my bucket list for example. Not the PCT, but part of a place
that my dreams often go back to.
