[pct-l] General Delivery and Click-n-ship

Thank you, that's just what I needed and more!  I didn't ask, but I was
also wondering about the right way to add two names and would not have done
it this way on my own.  I didn't think the PO street address thing was
correct since there were none listed in your guides.
