[pct-l] Snoqualmie Pass resupply boxes

"+ sales tax", for providing a service?  They are not selling anything. 
That seems a bit strange to me.  Yea there is tax on a hotel room so I 
guess they are selling space, but it just strikes me as odd.  Still, I 
will be grateful for the service they don't have to provide and shut up 
now.
