[pct-l] Dropping off Bear Canisters

Good afternoon, Mark,
I carry the ‘can all the way to where I resupply from Echo Summit. Towards
the end of a section the food load will be so light that the additional
weight of the ‘can will be less significant. Overall, I think doing so is
more efficient than trying to get off-trail earlier at the expense of
longer and slower round-trip hitches.
