[pct-l] sleeping bag liner

in my opinion a person will do better on total weight to use a set of long
john sleep wear than a bag liner.  the long johns can serve as cold weather
layers while hiking if necessary.  I use a set of REI Silk top and bottoms
with a extra set of trail socks.  a person can get heaver thicker top and
bottoms to increase the warmth factor.  The light silk ones work perfect
for me.
