Hello Jetboil Customer Service,
 
It is important that you know about these complaints. Have you now made changes/improvements. I have an older Jetboil and am very happy with it. Was considering getting one of the newer Titanium models. I will pause, awaiting recent reviews.

It's interesting that you mention the new Jetboil models having issues.
I've been reading reviews on the REI site, and while overall the
general consensus is great, people have a few complaints:

- The igniter is terrible at high altitude. almost always resulting in
having to use a match or lighter.
- The sleeve feels flimsy. However, it appears that they'v been replacing
these free of charge with a more robust version.

I'm wondering if they're sacrificing some quality for lightweight-ness. I'm
thinking I might test one out just to sate my curiosity though :)
