I want to convey my sincere best wishes to one and all on this special internationally recognized day, September 19.  Also, I want to mention the October 29 Full Moon High Sierra Kickback Campout at the Horseshoe Meadow parking lot area near Lone Pine, CA.  This event is only for the most harden backpacker and buccaneer if the road is still open up to the 10,000 foot basin.
