[pct-l] Mendo Rider's request to the USFS for action in response to list posts

Mendorider did nothing wrong. There is no "expectation of privacy" on the
internet, especially on a public forum. 

If I put something out there, it is public and anyone can do anything they
want with it. Common courtesy suggests they should ask me as the writer
first, but there is no requirement to do so.

If it's private, I communicate it directly to the targeted individual in a
secure manner.
