[pct-l] Rain in Palo Alto --> Snow in the Sierras

That's what like... optimism!  Not likely snowing yet. Highs in Mammoth
have been around 72 with lows in the high 30s; Truckee highs about 77 with
lows in the low 40s.  It is, however, expected to be a El Nino year so draw
your own conclusions.
