[pct-l] Mountain Bikes and Trail Damage

A lot of cyclists are using Go Pro these days.  Assaulting anybody, especially for something as trivial as riding on dirt, is never a good idea when cameras are rolling.

Just as there are laws against mountain bikers on the PCT, which any hiker can confirm are difficult to enforce.  "Gosh, officer. I'm really sorry.  He startled me coming so fast around the curve, with no warning, and I jumped back into the brush.  I must have stepped on a stick that flew into his rear wheel spokes.  It was just an accident."

Its called "assault".  There are laws against it.

I have often thought the same thing.  But I don't want to break one of my 
poles.  If I knew they were coming, I would like to pick up a hefty stick to 
jam into spokes.
