[pct-l] Bear can requirements clarification

[Brick Robbins]

there are two long stretches where it is almost impossible to get from
Bear Box to Bear Box within the Bear Cannister requirement area.

Reds Meadow to Toulomne Meadows (30+ miles over a 10,000 ft pass)

Glen Aulen to the north border of Yosemite Park,  with 40+ miles

The rest of the area it is not difficult to hike bear box to bear box
on a clear trail with good weather.

That being said, the rangers don't like it.
