My experience with dri-ducks was horrible.  The first time I put them on the 
seam on the pants ripped completely apart.

Forget to mention that both 02 Rainshield and DriDucks weigh around
ten ounces top/bottom.  If you want dedicated rain gear, that's hard
to beat.
