[pct-l] Water Sources (Rte 94 in Campo) to Lake Moreno Drive

I looked in the data book and it looks like there are only 2 seasonal water
sources between these two points, a Creeklet (winter and spring), and
Hauser Creek.  Are these two sources dried up?  And if so, how much water
should I carry for the 18 mile stretch that I am planning on day hiking
this Saturday.  Is 4 liters too much?
