[pct-l] Warner Springs Trail Magic may not be repeated in 2013- please help

Hi All
As many know and as almost all this year's thru's benefited from, Trail
Magic came out of nowhere to fill the Warner Springs Gap this year.
Warner Springs has always been the busiest PCT Trail town.
The entire town of Warner Springs was closed except the Post Office.
Not even a place to poop.

Warner Springs High School through the Warner Springs Community Center
provided many hiker services to thru hikers this year.
The Community Center provided a resupply store, indoor plumbing (the only
bathrooms available in the whole town), internet, phone, food, a place to
congragate and nero, hiker box, Post Office rides from locals, epsom salt
foot bath massages, and much more for over a month.  They also threw a 4
day event (the PCT Rondeveaus) for the main flow of thru's coming through.

Those who put all this together and worked day and night volunteering want
to do this EVERY year.  The LOVED the hikers!
At a school board meeting a few weeks ago, there was the resistance of a
couple of parents and a faculty member (who has always resistant to
anything good).  We need your help to help them help us in the future.
