Just thought I'd throw in my belated .02 on the subject.

I would say it's 'unavoidable'.  You will make at least some
incidental contact, the question is will it be 'no harm, no foul'.

And this I say having road walking about 10-12 miles of it. The road
walk has good views.

I walked into the Andersons with a guy wearing shorts. Both thighs
were covered in a rash.  He wasn't feeling any of it. Teri declared it
to be PDB rash.  I left that evening so I don't know how the rash
progressed. But he had been wearing long pants while walking through
the PDB, so it was tough to explain.
