[pct-l] Castle Crags to Ashland

I was in pretty good hiking condition when I did my section. I had  
hiked 350 miles in the desert, all of Section I and Buck's Lake to  
Old Station before I started at Dunsmuir. I hiked from Dunsmuir to  
Ashland from July 3 to 13, I believe. I put in one 35 mile day in  
there, which shocked me.
