[pct-l] Brooks Cascadias

I loved my Brooks Cascadia IIs. I hated Montrail Hardrocks. Hardrocks  
were too stiff. Cascadias felt more flexible. Hopefully that helps a  
little. There are still pictures on the web of the cascadia IIs. They  
look fairly similar to the latest versions.
