[pct-l] Road to Summit Lake

Anyone out there familiar with road conditions between Diamond Lake and Summit 
Lake (the one near Lake Odell) Oregon?  This would be Umpqua National Forest.  
Their website has mentions of making a MVUM (motor vehicle use map) but not the 
map itself, at least not that I can find.
