[pct-l] Study: Sierra Nevada adds 1-2 mm elevation a year

For all of us who think that the mountains are higher now, we are right. ;-)

Recent research shows that the Sierra Nevada adds 1 - 2 mm a year. Not much 
even though it may seem like a lot more.
