[pct-l] Q for Mountain Ed Ned

Hi, Ryan!

So far this year, we have had no requests to run the SoCal Snow Basics 
Course (which we gave two years ago) the weekend after the Kickoff.

However, if enough folks would like us to teach the course on San Jacinto, 
again, we may throw it on the schedule!
