[pct-l] water this year/hiking partner

Does anybody know what the water is supposed to be like this year?  I know
there hasn't been a lot of snow.  I am just a little concerned about it.

I am also without a hiking partner at this point.  I am planning on leaving
around 4/20 or so from cleveland but I have a little flexibility on either
side.  Is there anyone who wouldn't mind someone going along with them?
