I don't know that they're dense, but I'm a big fan of Triscuits. Whole wheat, oil, salt are the only ingredients--no frankenfood there! In 28 grams, there's 120 calories, 35 from fat, 4 g fat, 20 g carbs (3 g fiber), and 3 g protein. More importantly, they're delicious.

I'm a big cracker hound. I wish there were some good, whole-grain and dense
(!) crackers out there on the market.
