[pct-l] alternative to bread?

There was a recipe posted for JMT Bread not long ago. Very dense; very
tasty. I baked a loaf or two and it was great. Haven't tried it on a hike,
but others have and rave about. I think the recipe came from our friend on
the list from Japan.
