Yoshi,
Have you actually tried that cheese. I think that it is tastes great. Will be good with lunch snacks and added to dinner meals.

PS: Will you be back on the JMT this summer? I will be doing it starting from Horseshoe Meadows late July and finishing at T. Meadows. It would be great to meet you.

Yes, I do not want to eat such a cheese. Last summer, I eat beef jerky
of Costco. It tasted very badly.

Does anyone know dry ( not salty ) cheese? I would like to eat cheese
with my JMT bread. I will go to Los Angeles and I can go to VONS.
