Check out Costco. They have shelf-stable shredded beef in a large bag, and shelf-stable pre-cooked bacon in a large bag, both near the condiments section, both about $10/bag.  Costco also carries shelf-stable dried parmesan cheese in a large plastic jar near the spices (also about $10...isn't every bulk package at Costco, except the fresh stuff, about $10??.....).
