Just spoke to Patrick in Sawyer's Product Support Department. Apparently they have a new adapter set that allows the Sawyer PointOne Squeeze Water Filter System (SP-131) to be used in-line with Camelbak by attaching the filter inline with the bladder and drinking tube inside the pack.
As an alternative, the clean-side adapter should allow you to squeeze clean water back through the drinking tube without removing the bladder from your pack. With either method, just decide in advance whether you bladder will be potable or non-potable.
Personally, I like the idea of the weight savings, not needing to pump and not having to remove the bladder from the pack to fill.
The adapter set is SP-110 and costs $6.99 plus shipping. He mentioned it should be on their web-site soon and in retailers like REI. I ordered a set and will report back it's utility.

I'm using the Sawyer squeeze filter now, and I really like it. It's easy
and fast. I suspect on the PCT you would have to be pretty careful to not
poke holes in the bags because of the hostile desert plants. But even if
the bags did get holes, the filter would fit onto a soda bottle anyway.
