[pct-l] PCT Thru Hikers Permit Question

I am just filling out my thru hiking permit now and I see that it asks how
many people are in your group for the hike as well as how many will hike
Mt. Whitney, charging per person going.  Since I have two people in total
hiking in my "group", do I only need to fill out one form stating that
there are two hiking and two climbing mt. whitney, or do they as well need
to fill one out stating that there in a group of two people?
