[pct-l] Wilderness Permit for Sections A, B

Just want to mention what a pleasure it was getting the wilderness permit
from the Forest Service, Cleveland National Forest.  I was expecting the
"DMV" experience but it was like 2 minutes on the phone and they emailed it
to me later the same day.  Anyone starting at Campo but not hiking far
enough to get a thru permit from PCTA can call 858-673-6180 to get one.
