[pct-l] Another solution re: Cost of a SAR airlift

This is rare now but is getting attention in some trails with high numbers of rescues: Close the trail. 

I know of another route there is a proposal to do a land swap. They say it's for another reason but there are suspicions as rescues are high. 

Be careful what you ask for.
