Your PCT permit will not be good off the PCT in Yosemite.

You'll need a separate permit to hike down to the Valley from the PCT or
to hike Half Dome (i.e. two permits if you want to do both).

If you want to hike down to the Valley, be sure to get to the permit station
the day before for a next-day permit otherwise you'll have to wait in the
morning for the permit station to open before hitting the trail.

There is a permit station not far from Tuolumene Meadows.

Half-Dome permitting has changed in the last couple of years so I would
review the NPS info: <http://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/hdpermits.htm>
