The smallest USB charger plug I've found is the one Apple sells for the iPhone. It outputs standard 5v and has a regular USB socket, so I use it to charge my GoPro camera and lots of other things that charge off a standard USB port.
And you don't need to buy them from Apple and pay for the unneeded dock cable, either:
