[pct-l] Posting your whereabouts

Yogi's comment about delaying notices about your whereabouts while hiking, 
particularly for women, bears repeating. Also a worthwhile reminder that posting 
news on social media about when and where you are traveling (or about anyone 
else) in general goes quickly into cyberspace. It's a safety/security issue.
