[pct-l] Chips Fire: Forest Road Detour

We found a detour: Take Caribou Road about 7.5 miles until you get to the
Resevoir and Dam where you take the Left dirt road to Butt Valley Dam. Go
right and then a left all staying on the main, wide, high quality dirt
road. There are two campsites along the way before the dirt road turns to
pavement. Take that to the highway and hitch left into Chester. ~ 25 miles
overall.
