One big problem with artificial monikers like nicknames and trail names, is
that they are not inherently unique to a single individual. Thus, just are
there can be multiple John Smiths in this world (most good; some bad), so
too can there be multiple Magellons. We should not be too surprised when
confusion arises and we get tarred with the same brush.

However, there can only be one Wandering Bob; all other Bobs know how to
read maps and not make ill-advised turns at obscure trail junctions - or
worse.
