[pct-l] The Herd is Halfway

The herd has made it to Chester/highway 36.  Many don't stop, so I see a
fraction of the hikers coming through.  Here's an alert to parents and
girlfriends/boyfriends:  If I've seen your hiker, here is his or her photo.
 They've all been a great bunch, sweet, helpful, and gracious.  Their moms
should be proud.
